师范生班级管理能力提升策略研究

——以“班级管理与班主任工作”课程为例

摘 要 班级管理能力是师范生教师职业技能的重要组成部分，本研究以“班级管理与班主任工作”课程为例，探讨当前师范生班级管理能力培养过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的提升策略，帮助师范生培养更强的班级管理能力和素养。

Research on Strategies for Improving the Class Management Ability

of Normal College Students

——Taking the Course of "Class Management and Class Teacher Work" as an Example

Abstract Class management ability is an important component of the professional skills of teacher trainees. This study takes the course of class management and class teacher work as an example to explore the problems in the current process of cultivating class management ability of teacher trainees， and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to help students possess stronger class management ability and literacy.

1  课程定位及目标

“班级管理与班主任工作”是师范生重要的专业课程之一，通过该课程的学习，学生能掌握班级管理、班主任工作的相关理论知识以及班级管理的具体内容和方法，能对班级管理与班主任工作有更加深刻的认识和理解，初步形成运用所学知识解决班级管理工作实际问题的能力，能让学生具备从事班主任工作的能力，逐步树立科学的班级管理观念，热爱班级管理和班主任工作，为以后从事班级管理和班主任工作打下坚实基础。（剩余4338字）
