高职学生职业生涯规划现状调查与分析

摘 要 面对发展迅速的社会形势，当今高职院校毕业生的就业去向和就业率等问题已经成为非常值得关注的话题之一。基于这一事实，职业生涯规划逐渐成为缓解就业压力的重要举措。文章通过问卷调研了解高职院校学生的职业生涯规划现状，并尝试分析其问题产生的原因。

Vocational College Students

Abstract Faced with the rapidly developing social situation， the employment destination and employment rate of vocational college graduates have become one of the topics worth paying attention to today. Based on this fact， career planning has gradually become an important measure to alleviate employment pressure. The article conducts a questionnaire survey to understand the current status of career planning among vocational college students and attempts to analyze the reasons for their problems.

1  职业生涯规划的重要性
