“新医科”背景下医学影像学专业卓越拔尖人才的培养策略

——以宁夏医科大学为例

摘 要 医学影像学专业是一门理论知识性强、实践技能要求高的现代医学和电子信息交融的专业，卓越拔尖人才培养是医学院校探究的重要课题。文章以宁夏医科大学医学影像学专业为例，结合学校临床教学改革试点班人才培养实施方案，以“新医科”建设为契机，以全面提高人才培养能力为核心点，探讨卓越拔尖人才的培养策略。

Strategies and Exploration for Cultivating Outstanding and Top notch Talents

in Medical Imaging under the Background of New Medical Sciences

Abstract Medical imaging is a major that combines modern medicine and electronic information with strong theoretical knowledge and high practical skills. The cultivation of outstanding and top-notch talents is an important topic for medical colleges to explore. The article takes the "Medical Imaging Major of Ningxia Medical University" as an example， combined with the implementation plan for talent cultivation in the clinical teaching reform pilot class of the school， takes the construction of the "New Medical Science" as an opportunity， and takes the comprehensive improvement of talent cultivation ability as the core point to explore the strategies for cultivating outstanding and top-notch talents.
