产业转型升级视域下高职院校技能人才培养模式研究

摘 要 高职院校的技能人才培养模式应适应产业转型升级的需求，注重培养学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质，强化与产业界的合作和对接，提高教育质量和效益。文章以产业转型升级为背景，探讨了高职院校技能人才培养模式的现状、问题和改进路径。

Abstract The training mode of skilled talents in vocational colleges should adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading， focus on cultivating students' innovation ability， practical ability， and comprehensive quality， strengthen cooperation and docking with the industry， and improve the quality and efficiency of education. The article explores the current situation， problems， and improvement paths of the training mode for skilled talents in vocational colleges， taking industrial transformation and upgrading as the background.
