新时代“破五唯”开展课程评价的探索与实践

——以云南财经大学为例

摘 要 文章在分析和研究课程评价理论的基础上,以云南财经大学“破五唯”推进课程评价改革为例,以“课程+教师”为评价对象,以省外专家为评价主体,以精炼的评价指标和专家意见法实行相对评价。通过课程评价初步构建“优教优酬”的激励导向机制,总结实践成效与经验,激发教师潜心教书育人。

Exploration and Practice of Carrying out Curriculum Evaluation

in the New Era by "Breaking five-only"

——A Case Study of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

Abstract On the basis of analyzing and studying the theory of curriculum evaluation, this paper takes Yunnan University of Finance and Economics as an example to promote the reform of curriculum evaluation by "breaking five-only", takes "curriculum + teachers" as the evaluation object, takes experts outside the province as the evaluation subject, and implements relative evaluation with refined evaluation indicators. Through curriculum evaluation, a preliminary incentive oriented mechanism of "excellent teaching and remuneration" is constructed to inspire teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating students.
