基于OBE理念的师范专业课程考核改革行动研究
——以“平面动画设计”课程为例

摘要OBE是深化师范专业课程改革的重要理念,强调“学生中心、产出导向和持续改进”。本研究基于OBE理念,从“平面动画设计”课程考核改革的迫切需求出发,在深入分析毕业要求和课程目标的基础上,经过两轮行动研究,结合个别化访谈和问卷调查,构建和完善了该课程的考核体系,并将此作为后续教学评价的依据。

Action Research on Teacher Training Course Assessment Reform Based on OBE Concept
——Take the course of "Graphic Animation Design" as an example

AbstractOBE is an important concept to deepen the curriculum reform of teacher education, emphasizing "student-centered, output-oriented and continuous improvement". Based on the OBE concept, the assessment system of the course "Graphic Animation Design" was constructed and improved from the urgent need for assessment reform of the course, based on in-depth analysis of graduation requirements and course objectives, after two rounds of action research, combined with the results of individualized interviews and questionnaires, and used this as the basis for subsequent teaching evaluation.

2017年10月,由教育部印发的《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》(简称《专业认证》)明确了师范专业要基于成果导向教育(Outcomes-Based Education, 简称OBE)的核心理念,坚持“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”,以深化课程改革,全面保障和提高人才培养质量[1]。(剩余3385字)
