Abstract:Inrecentyears,inlinewiththegoalofhigh-qualitydevelopmentinthetobaccoindustryandthecontinuous improvementofthedemandforleanmanagementinKunmingCigareteFactory,higherrequirementshavebeenputforwardforthe intellgenceofindustryonthetobaccoprocesing line.Theproportionofonlineconveyingdevicesinthetobaccoprocesing production line exceeds 60% ,and the problem of tobacco leaf silk blockage and material breakage during the conveying process, whichisdificulttomonitormanuall,hasneverbeensolvedAIvideosurveillnceisadevelopmenttrendinthedigitalage. Withtherapiddevelopmentof networktechnology,inthesilk-making lineproductionscenario,therearecurentlynoready-made productsthatcanmeetheaplicationrequirementssuchasdetectingtheblockagestatusofthedischargeportinthesilk-making workshop.ThispapertakesthedevelopmentandaplicationofAvideosurveillncetechnologyonthesilkprocessnglineasthe researchbackground.Byanalyzingtheactualrequirementsoftesilkprocessingline,undertheInfovisioniarkdigitalnterprie operationcommandcenterplatform,scenario-basedAIinteligentanalysiscamerasareusedanddatatrainingandalgoritm developmentarecarriedoutforthetobaccoleafsilkblockageandmaterialbreakagescenarioontheYingshiCloudAIOpen platform.Realizetheintellgentproductionmonitoringsystemthatenableson-sitecamerastocaptureimagesatregularintervals, automaticallinspectandanalyzewhetherthereisanymaterialblockageorshortage,andpromptlyisuealertstoremindelevant personnel to intervene and handle abnormal situations.
