地堑区域孤岛掘进工作面爆破断顶技术及效果检验研究

Abstract:InviewoftherockburstproblemfacedbyGaozhuangCoalIndustryNo.113andNo.O5workingface,basedon thegrabenstructureandthespecialgeologicalconditionsoftheisolatedislandworkingface,atechnicalplanforroof presplitinglastingtopreventandcontrolrockburstisproposed.Byanalyzingtheblastingmechanismofgoaf,grabenstructure andhardrof,andbasedonthetheoryofthejointactionofstress waveandhigh-pressuregas,a blasting planwas designed, andtechnicalparameterssuchasholedepth,holediameter,chargechargeandholesealinglengthwereoptimized.The applicatioresultsshowthatafterblastingtheamountofdrillcutingsissignificantlyreduced,andthefrequencyandeergyof microearthquakes are reduced byabout 3O% and 40% ,which effectively reduces stress concentration in the working face area andimprovesthestabilityofthegoaf.Theinnovationoftheresearchliesinoptimizingblastingparametersandimprovingthe efficiency and safety of rock burst prevention and control.
