空间曲管流固耦合振动受力及响应分析

Abstract:Inthispaper,in-depthanalysisandresearcharecarriedoutontheforceandresponseofaspatialcurvedpipe underfluid-solidcoupledvibration.Fluid-solidcouplinginteractioniseflectedinbothfluidmechanicsandstructuralmechanics: fluidflowing inapipewillproducepresurefluctuations,whichspreadtotheentirepipesystemandcausevibrationofthepipe wallatthesametime,thevibrationofthepipewallwillcausepressurefluctuationswithinthefluid,formingaclosed-loop fluid-solidcoupledvibrationsystem.Foraspatialcurvedpipe,itsforcesituationismorecomplex.Duetotheexistencof curvedpipes,fluidwillundergoaforceddirectionchangewhenflowingthroughtheelbow,whichwillcausechangesinfluid speedandpressure,resultinginastrongcouplingefect.Thiscouplingeffectnotonlyafectsthemotionstateofthefluid,but alsohasa"straightening"efectonthecurvedpipeandchangesitsstressstate.Inthispaper,asectionof spatialcurvedpipe isselected,andbasedonANSYSWorkbenchplatform,theforceanalysisiscariedoutusingthebidirectionalfluid-solid coupling method to study the vibration response characteristics of the pipe.
