Abstract：Toexplore thedualempowermentmechanismofinteligenttechnologyonengineeringmanagementandcost optimization.ByintegratingBIMandartificialintellgencealgoithms，themultisourceheterogeneousdataofallelementsinthe projectarefused，breakingtheshacklesoftraditionalinformationsilos.Empiricalevidenceshowsthatintellgenttechnologyhas increased the management response speed by 60% and reduced the cost error rate to below 1.5% .Thepath ofintelligent technologypromotingtheiduststransfomationtowardskowledge-ntensiveiscocluded，providingtheoreticalsupportforthe digital leap of the green building industry.
