Abstract:Traditional SAR(SyntheticApertureRadar)imageroaddetectionalgorithms haveproblemssuchasbeinggreatly affectedbyspecklenoise,dificultyinutilizinghigh-frequencyimageinformation,andlowsegmentationaccuracy.Tosolvethe aboveproblems,thisstudyimprovestheLinknetnetworkanddesignsaroaddetectionmethodforSARimagesthatcombines efciencyadaccuracy:EFE-Linet(EficientFeatureEnhancement-Linket)Fistalcaleatureandirectioalinfoation enhancementmoduleisdesignedtoenablethenetworktocapturedetailedfeaturesanddirectional informationintheimage; secondly,afeaturefusionmoduleisdesignedtoreduceinformationlossbyeficientlyfusingdeepfeaturesanddetailedfeatures; finallyforthesampleimbalanceproblem,amixedlossfunctionisdesignedtooptimizethemodeltrainingprocessRoad detectionexperimentsarecarredoutusingrealairbomehigh-resolution SARimagedataTheresultsshowthattheproposed algorithm has good detection results and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
