Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialinteligencetechnology，largemodels，asthecoredrivingforce，have demonstratedgreatpotentialinvariousfields.Thispaperdelvesdeplyintothekeytechnologiesforonstructinglocalknowledge basesbasedonlargemodels，elaboratingindetailtheentireprocessfromrequirementanalysisandmodelprinciplesto engineringpractices.Byanalyzingthechallngesfacedintheapplicationoflargemodels，aninnovativestrategyforcostructing localknowledgebasesisproposed，andtheaplicationoftheretrievalaugmentedgeneration（RAG）technologyrouteis highlighted.Basedonpracticalengineeingcases，acomprehensiveandfeasiblesolutionisprovidedfortheeficientcostruction oflocalknowledgebaseapplications，promotingthein-epthaplicationanddevelopmentoflargemodeltechnologyinthefield of local knowledge management.
