基于多场数据及控制耦合的燃煤电厂脱硝优化技术与应用

Abstract:Inviewoftheproblemsoflowcontrolqualitylargefluctuationsinoutletnitrogenoxides(NO),andhigh ammoniaslipinselectivecatalyticreduction(SCR)denitrificationsystemsincoal-firedpowerplants,thispaperproposesa denitrificationoptimizationtechnologybasedonmulti-fielddataandcontrolcoupling.Thistechnologycombinestotalcontroland zoningequalizationcontrol,achievesacuratezoning measurementofNOxthroughdilutionsamplingandchemiluminescence analysis,andoptimizesammoniainjectioncontrolstrategies.Thetotalamountcontroladoptsmultiplefeed-forwardmodelsand cascade PID algorithms to improve immunity to disturbances such as inlet NO changes and load fluctuations; the zoning balanced controldynamicalladjuststheammoniainjectionvolumeineachzoningbyading16zoningammoniainjectioncontrolvalves andsynchronousmeasurementsystemstoreducethespatialdistributiondeviationofNOxattheSCRoutlet.Practicalaplication shows that after optimization,the fluctuation range ofoutlet NO τx isreduced from ±15mg/Nm3 to ±5mg/Nm3 ,ammonia consumption is reduced by 15% ,catalyst life isextended,and safetyand economy are significantly improved.
