Abstract:Carbonfiberiswidelyusedasanewrawmaterial,anddomesticcompanieshaveintroducedproductionlinesbut areunstable.Basedontheindependentresearchanddevelopmentofathousand-toncarbonfiberinteligentcompletesetof specialequipment,atechnologycompanyrealizesproductiondatainspectionandcontrolforitswindingandwindingprocess controlsystem,cariesoutmechanicaldesignforitsimportantpats,analyzestensioncontrolfactors,anddesignsfullyautomatic tensioncontrolsystem toimproveautomaticcoilchangingeficiencyandreducemanuallabor.Theproductionlinehasbenput intouse withgoodresults,therefore reducing costsand increasing eficiency,and having significant benefits.
