Abstract:Thelinerisanimportantcomponentthataffectstheformationofdamageelementsoflinearshapedcharges. Optimizing itsstructureisanimportantwaytoimprovethecutingpeformanceoflinearshapedcharges.Inthispaper, numericalsimulationmethodisusedtostudytheefectsofconeanglewallthicknessandtruncatedwidthofatruncatedlinear lineronthejetshape.Takingthethreestructuralparametersofthelinerasvariables,cutingdepthasevaluationcriterion,and basedontheprincipleoforthogonalexperiments,afiniteelementmodelofatruncatedlinearlinershapedchargecutinga 45"steeltargetisestablishedandsimulatedusingLS-Dynasoftware.Theresultsshowedthat,thejetformedbythetruncated linearlinerhastheadvantagesofsmallvelocitygradientandlargeheaddiameter,whichcanefectivelycutsteelmaterials.The coneangleofthelineristhemostimportantfactoraffectingthecuttngperformance,andthewallthicknessandtruncatedwidth aresecondaryfactors.Astheconeangle,wallthicknessandtruncatedwidthincrease,thecutingdepthfirstincreasesandthen decreases.The best truncated liner structure fora linear charge with a cross-sectionsize of 4O mm×40 mm is" θ=80∘ ,8=1.3 mm, ω=6mm′ ,andthe cuttingdepth for the 45"steel target at 40μs is 32.5mm
