Abstract：Thispaperanalyzes thewaterandsoilconservationchange planof theChaozhou City High-Pressure Natural Gas PipelineProject（PhaseI），conductsin-depthresearchontheoverallayoutof preventionandcontrolmeasures，thetypical designofthenewmeasuresinthechangeplan，andthepreventionandcontrolefectaftertheimplementationof thewaterand soilconservationchangeplan，summarizestheexperienceofwaterandsoilerosionprevention，andprovidesreferencforthe designofsoiland waterconservation measuresystems forothernaturalgaspipelineprojectssimilarto Guangdong mountainous and hilly areas.
