Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofhigh-speedrail，theconstructionofhigh-speedrailbridgeprojectsisfacinghigher requirements.TheintegrationofBIMtechnologyandsmartsitesystemshasbrought hugechangestorailwayconstruction. Althoughtheprospectsarebroad，practicalaplicationsfaceproblemssuchastechnicalstandards，datasecurity，andtalent shortage.TakingthePing-Luo-ZhouHigh-speedRailwayProjectasanexample，thispaperexpoundstheroleofBIMtechnology inthedesignconstruction，andoperationandmaintenancestages，introducesthesmartconstructionsitesystemarchitecturend functionsofeachlayer，andanalyzesindetailtheapplicationofinteligentmonitoringandothersystemsforconcretemixing stationsintheproject.TheapplicationofBIMplussmartconstructionsitesystemreducesconstructionchanges，realizes intellgentconstructionmanagement，enhancesinformationintegrationandsharing，promotesconstructionstandardizationand standardization，and helps high-quality development of the high-speed rail industry.
