Image restoration model based on dual diffusion model

Abstract:Duetotheabilityofdiffusionmodels toefectivelymodelthedatadistributions,imagerestorationmethodsbasedon difusionmodelshavedemonstrated excellentperformanceand gain widespreadatention.Addressingtheissueofrandomnoise perturbationanddataconsistencythispaperintroducedanovelimagerestorationmodel,rdM,tointegrateresidualdifusiontoachieveadual difusioneffect.Thenoisedifusionefectivelylearnedtheglobal distrbutionof theimage,preserving high-frequencydetails.Whiletheresidualdifusiondirected theprocess fromthetargetimage totheinput,improvingstructuralrecovery.Additionally,thispaperproposeddecouplethereverseprocessfromdataconsistencystepsanddynamicallyadjusteddifusionstrength,enhancingcomputational eficiencyandrestorationresults.ExperimentsshowthatrdIRMacheves superior performance across various image restoration tasks.
