Image restoration model based on dual diffusion model

Abstract：Duetotheabilityofdiffusionmodels toefectivelymodelthedatadistributions，imagerestorationmethodsbasedon difusionmodelshavedemonstrated excellentperformanceand gain widespreadatention.Addressingtheissueofrandomnoise perturbationanddataconsistencythispaperintroducedanovelimagerestorationmodel，rdM，tointegrateresidualdifusiontoachieveadual difusioneffect.Thenoisedifusionefectivelylearnedtheglobal distrbutionof theimage，preserving high-frequencydetails.Whiletheresidualdifusiondirected theprocess fromthetargetimage totheinput，improvingstructuralrecovery.Additionally，thispaperproposeddecouplethereverseprocessfromdataconsistencystepsanddynamicallyadjusteddifusionstrength，enhancingcomputational eficiencyandrestorationresults.ExperimentsshowthatrdIRMacheves superior performance across various image restoration tasks.
