Dynamic optimization of cold chain distribution path and construction considering traffic congestion

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemof traficcongestioncausedbytheuncertaintyandunpredictabilityof raficflow,whichaffectedtheeficiencyofcoldchaindistribution,thispaperproposedthecoldchainvehicleroutingproblemwithtimewindow considering traficcongestion(CCVRPTWCTC)andconducted theO-1integer programming model.Then,itproposed theimprovedimmune genetic algorithm byvariable crosover operation andadaptive perturbation operators,andnamed immune geneticalgorithmbasedonvariable cross descent (VCD-IGA).Finall,itconducted experiments using actual distributiondata andtraficflowdatainthedistributionprocessofafreshfoodenterprise.Itconductedtheexperimentsthroughanautonomous informationsystemfordatainteractionandreal-timedynamicoptimizationof distributionpathsthroughtheproposed VCDIGA.The experiments show that the proposed dynamic decision leads to a 29.6% reduction in the total distribution cost and an 18% increase in the average logistics service level compared to the static decision.
