Callus induction and plant regeneration from different explants of Aquilaria sinensis

Abstract:Usingtheleafte,dnotofularensisLour.)Gilgsxprimentalaterialsnortgoaltal design was employedvia DPSsoftware.Byapplyingdiferent typesandconcentrationsof plantgrowth regulators(6-BA,2,4-D, TDZ,NAA,)tetsofothgutrsoasdcntrasoalsiutioniredo ingofAquilriasinensisreivestigatedThesultssowedtatteotialexplantforinducingAqulaiasinensicallsaeleaf, with the highest induction rate of 100% . The optimal medium for leafcallus induction was WPM+6⋅ -BA 1.5mg/L+2,4 -D 0.5mg/L+ (204号 NAA 0.8mg/L+KT0.2mg/L+TDZ1.0mg/L. Theoptimal mediumfor adventitious bud induction ofAquilaria sinensiswas WPM+6- BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + sucrose 20g/L+ agar 6g/L .The callus from buds and stems could differentiate into adventitious buds. The optimal medium for adventitious bud induction was WPM + 6-BA O.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2mg/L+ sucrose 20g/L+agar 6g/L ,resulting in a bud induction rate of 72.22% and an average of 5.68 adventitious buds per explant. The optimal medium for root induction was 1/2 MS + NAA 1.0mg/L+ sucrose 20g/L+ agar 6g/L ,achieving a rooting rate of 46.67% :

白木香[Aquilariasinensis(Lour.)Gilg.]为瑞香科(Thymelaeaceae)沉香属(Aquilaria)木本植物,是《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)收载的国产沉香药材惟一的基源植物;其主要分布于广东、云南、广西、福建和台湾等南方地区[1.2]。(剩余11068字)
