Abstarct:ByreviewingYOLOseriesmodelsandtheirapplicationesearchinwheatearmonitoringathomeandabrod,itwasfound thatthesemodels,withtheirexcellentreal-timeperformanceandhighprecisionadvantages,hadbecomearesearchhotspotinthe fieldofagriculturalinteligentperception.Throughcontinuousmodeloptimizationandimprovement,theaccuracyandficiency ofwheatardtectionwereconiuouslyimproved,providingsrongsupportfortheiteligentpredictioofeatieldadthdevelopmentfagriculturalmodernization.Although YOLOseries models had madesignificantprogress inwheatearmonitoring,therewas stillroomforimprovementinlightweightdeployment,multi-modaldatafusion,androssscenegeneralizationability.Futureesearchshouldfocusontheabovedirectionstofurtherenhancethepracticalityandrobustnessofthemodels,providingmoreeicient and reliable technical support for smart agriculture.
