Abstract：BasedonanoptimizedinoculationandidentificationmethodforPlasmodiophorabrassicaeWoronin，fiverepresentative strainsoftheclubrotpathogenfromYunnanProvincewereselectedforindoorioculationasys toclarifdiferencesinpathognicity amongthestrains.Twohost materials，JuxinChineseCabbage（highlyclubrot-susceptibleChinesecabbagecultivar）andHuayou za62R（aBrasscanapuscultivarhighlresistanttophysiologicalrace4oflasmodiohorabrasscae），wreusedasioculationreipients.Pathogenicitydiferencesamongthestrainswereevaluatedbyanalzingdiseaseincidenceandpathogeninfectionrates.here sultsshowedthatinfectionratesofthediferentstrainsonbothJuxinChineseCabbageandHuayouza62RdiferedsignificantlyFurthermore，theinfectionatesofallainsincreasedsignificantlyovertheinvestigationperiod，uttevariatiotrendsinectio rates among strains showed clear diferences between the two hosts as the inoculation period extended.
