Abstract:Asainoftreptomessp.HER-O16,hichasidependentlyolatedandpreserd,asidentiddse cacyagainstotonfusailtasellsistsnotostsisdgrothpromoattoosdistageeeealuat ed.Throughmorphlogicaland16SrRNAgenesequenceanalyses,thestrainwasidentifiedasStreptomycespluricolorescensResults fromindoorpotexperimentsdemonstratedthatStreptomycespluricolorescensHBERC-2O716significantlyinhibitedtheourrence ofcotonfusarumwilt,withamarkedlylowerseedlingblightratecomparedtothecontrol.TreatmentofcotonseedlingswiththefermentationbrothofStreptomyespluricolorescensHBERC-2716inicateditsrowth-promotingefectoncoton,asevdencedbyplant height,freshweight,rootlength,ndotweightof heseedlingsbeingsignificantlygreaterthantoseintecontrol.Measueents ofphotosynthesisparametersshowedthatStreptomyespluricolorescensHBERC-2O716promotedphotosnthticperformancesignificantlyncreasingthentphotosyteticate,ranspirationratendstomataloductane,hilesubstantiallducingtheteellu lar CO2 concentration.
