Abstract:TocomparetheefftsofdiferentitrusCitrusreticulataBlanco)varietisandprocessngmetodsonthyieldandquality oftangerinepeel,theprocesingtechologyoftangeriepelwasimedtoeoptimed.EightcitusvaretsplantedinHubeiProvincewereusedastestobjects.Twopelpretreatmentmethods(scaldingand non-scalding)andfourdryingconditions(45,55,65 ΔC , androomtemperatureshade-drying)wereadoptedforprocesing.Theindicatorsincludingpeelextractionrate,dryingmatterate, andhesperidincontentweremeasured.Theresultsshowedthatintermsofyieldfactors,thevarietyhadanexremelysignificantefct onthepelextractionrateoftangerinepeel,whilepretreatmenthadnosignificantfect;bothpretreatmentandvarietyhadanextremelysignificanteectonthedrymaterrateoftangerinepeel;theinteractionbetweenvarietyandpretreatmenthadanextremely significantefectonpeelextractionateutosignifcantefeondrmateratioRegadinghesperidincontentunderthemepretreatmentconditions,dryingtemperaturehadnosignificantefectonthehesperidincontentofthsamevariety;scaldingpretreatment significantlyreducedthehesperidincontentofDapu,RinanNo.1,andShijihong;diferentpretreatmentsanddryingtempeatures hadnosignificantefectonthehsperidincontentofDafenNo.4,GuoqngNo.1,Xingjin,andGuijing.Multifactoranalysisfvarianceshowedtatbothvarietyandpretreatmenthadanextremelysignificantefectonhesperidincontent,withvarietyhavigthegreatestefect,whiletemainefectofdryingtemperatureasnotsigificant;teinteractionbetweenvarietyandpretreatmenthadanextremelysignificantefectonhesperidincontent,andthethree-wayinteractionamongvariety,pretreatment,anddrying temperature was not significant.

陈皮为芸香科植物柑橘(CitrusreticulataBlan-co)及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮,具有理气健脾、燥湿化痰的功效,主要用于皖腹胀满、食少吐泻、咳嗽痰多等症状[1],属中国大宗药材品种。(剩余5953字)
