Abstract:Toinvestigatetefectsoftrogen,posphus,andpotassumfertilesontenatomicalstructureofJuArgetin anserinaL.),thestudywasconductedontherots,stems,stolons,andleavesof theQinghaiA.anserinaNo.3variety.Teresults showedthatteaplicatioofrogferilioesinificantlycreaedtetcknesofotp,af tickess,oicknesandvascularbundleareaofstolon;whileitsignificantlyreducedthticknessofrootperiderm,ylemthickness,itharaepidermalthicknessandvascularbundeaeaofthestem.Theapplicationofphosphorusfertilizeraloesignificantlyincreasedtethicknessofrootperiderm,phloemthickness,pitharea,vascularcambiumthickness,andstemvascularbundlearea;whileitsignificant lyreducedrotlticknss,ithticknes,stempidealticknes,ndstoloepdealtcknss.eplicaoftassiumfertilizealonesignificantlyincreasedrotxylemthickness,vascularcambiumthickness,pitharea,leafthickness,thecortex thicknessandvascularbundleareaoftolon;whilesignificantlyreducingrootpiththicknessandstemepidermalthicknesBalanced fertilizationwithtrogen,posporus,ndpotassimsigiicantlyincreasdrooplomtickness,yemickness,pithtics, pitharea,leaf ticknes,teepderal tickessandcortex ticknessandvasculabundeareaoftolon;whilesignificantlyrducing rotperidermthickness.Therefore,theaplicationofnitrogenorphosphorusfertilizeralonemainlypromotedthedevelopmentof thevascularcambiumandploemundertheexpansionofadventitiousroots,andpotasiumfertilizeraloneprimarilyenhanced xylem development,furtherimprovingtherot’sabilitytotransportwaterandnutrntsandpromoting thegrowthanddevelopmentof theA. anserinarotsystem.Balancedfertlizationwithtrogen,phosphorus,ndpotassimcouldpromotethedevelopmentofroots,to lons,and leaves,thereby improving the quality and stress resistance of A. anserina.
