Study on super high pressure assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction of total flavonoids from Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara and its antioxidant activity

Abstract:TooptimietheextractionprocessoftotalflavonoidsfromRabdosiarubescens(Hemsl.)Harainsuperhighpressuressist eddeepeutecticsolvent(DES)andanalyzeitsantioxidantactivity,theextractionconditionwasoptimizedbysinglefactorexperimentsand response surface experiments.The scavenging activity of the extracted flavonoids against1,1-dipyl- 2 -picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)and 2,2′⋅ -azinobis( 3- ethylbenzothiazoline 6 -ulfonic acid) diammonium salt(ABTS) free radicals was analyzed. The resultsshowedthatteoptialconditionfortheextractionof totalflavonoidsinsuperhighpressureaisteddeepeutecticsolvetwas material to liquid ratio of 1:40 ( g/mL ),water content in DESof 30% ,extraction pressure of 4O2 MPa,and extraction time of 5min, under which the yield of total flavonoids from the Rabdosia rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara was 9.21% . The half-inhibitory concentrations of the prepared total flavonoids of Rabdosia rubescens (Hemsl.)Hara forthe scavenging effects of DPPH ⋅ and ABTS ⋅⋅ were 0.136mg/mL (20 and 0.123mg/mL ,respectively.Theresearchcould providetheoreticalsupportforthedevelopmentof totalflavonoidsof Rabdosiarubescens (Hemsl.)Hara and the study of antioxidant activity.

冬凌草(Rabdosiarubescens(Hemsl.)Hara)为唇形科(Labiatae)植物,在中国河南、山西等地广有分布[1,2],冬凌草中含有丰富的冬凌草素[3]、黄酮类[4]和萜类[5]等活性成分,具有抗肿瘤[6、抗氧化[7]、抗菌抗炎[和增强免疫力等功能活性,黄酮类化合物是冬凌草发挥功能作用的重要功效成分,因此,提取冬凌草中黄酮类化合物对冬凌草资源的开发具有重要作用。(剩余9624字)
