Theoretical mechanism and empirical test of new quality productive forces empowering digital rural construction

Abstract：Basedonpaneldatafrom31provincesinChinafrom2011to2O22，fixed-effectsmodels，mediatingefectmodels，and thresholdefectmodelswereemploedtosystematicallyexaminetheimpactofnewqualityproductiveforcesondigitalruralconstructionanditsunderlyingmechanism.Theresultsindicatedthatnewqualityproductiveforceshadasignificantpositiveefectondigital ruralconstructio.Agriculturalsci-techinovationwasfoundtoplayapartalmediatingroleinthisprocess，andthisipactehbit edadualthresholdefectbasedonthelevelofagriculturalsci-techinnovation.Asthelevelofagriculturalsci-techinovationncreased，thepromotingfectofewualityproductiveforesodigitaluralonstructionhoedacharactersticofdimisinga ginaleffects."Fromtheperspectiveofregionalheterogeneity，thepromotingeffectfollowedthepaternofcentralregion > western region > easternregion.Whenregionsweredividedbythelevelofdigitalruralconstruction，thepromotingefectwassignificantlygreaterinhigh-levelregionsthaninlow-levelregions.Basedonthesefidings，itwasrecommendedtocontinuouslyenhancethedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforces，strengthenhedrivingoleofagriculturalsci-tech iovation，promotetechnologyepowermenaordingtocalconditios，stiulatetevitalityofdigialralonstructnndfciliteitsdigialtansformatioadhgh quality development.
