Abstract：BasedontheprovincialpaneldataofChinafrom2O12to2O21，theimpactofthedevelopmentofthedigitaleconomyonurban-ruralintegrationanditsmehansmswereexaminedbyusingfixedfectodels，mediatingefectmodelsandtresholdfct models.Theresultsshowedthatthedevelopmentofthedigitaleconoycouldsignificantlypromote theprocessofurban-ruralitegationinChina.Compaedwithregionswithahighlevelofurban-ruralintegration，thedevelopmentofthedigitaleconomyhadagreater promoting fectinregions withalowlevelofurban-rural integration.Thismechanismwasrealizedthroughtwochannels：Labotransferandehancingregionaldevelopmentcapabilities.Furtherexplorationwasconductedanditwasrevealedthathedevelopmenfthe digital economypresentednon-linearcharacteristicsinurban-ruralintegration.Whentheregionaleconomicdevelopmentlevel crossedtwothresholds，theenablingefectofthedigitaleonomyonthedevelopmentofurban-ruralintegrationgraduallyslowed down.Tereforelocaldigitaleconomyconstructionshouldbecontiuouslyimproved，labortransfershouldberationallguded，the endogenousdrivingforceofregionaldevelopmentshouldbestrengthened，anddiferentialpoliciesshouldbeimplementedaccording tolocalconditions，soastoshare thedividendsofthedigitaleonomyandcomprehensivelypromotethei-epthintegrationofuban and rural areas.
