Analysis of volatile components in different parts of Lithocarpus pachylepis by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

Abstract：Thehmicalcompositionelativeonents，anddifrencesinierenparts（shell，ernel，flower，leafndbranch） ofLithocarpus pachylepis wereanalyzedusingheadspace solid-phase microextraction（HS-SPME）combinedwithgaschromatography-massspectrometry（GC-M）.TheresultsshowedsignificantdiferenesinvolatilecomponentsandrelativecontentsamogdiferentpartsofLithocarpuspachlepis.Atotalofompoundsbelongingto9categories（alcohols，phenols，thers，ldehydes，cids， ketones，alanes，lkenesandesters）wredetected.Theshellerel，flower，leaf，ndbranchontaied41，8，48d9 compounds，respectivelyNinecommoncomponentsereidentifiedacrossallfivepartsofLithocarpuspachylepis，includingnon anal，decanal，n-tetradecane，n-exadecane，n-heptadecane，cafeine，phyone，dsobutylphthalate，anddibutylphthalate. Therelativecontentsofommoncomponntsinscendingorderrebanch，eel，shellfowendleaf.Uiquevolatileo nents wereidentifiedinachpart，with18intheshell，9inthekerel，14intheflower，17intheleaf，and10inthebranh.Principal component analysis ofcommoncomponents extracted thre principal components（cumulative variancecontributionrate 84.63% ）. Caffeine，nxadecane，eaal，butylphthalatendneptadecanesowedighositivecorelatioswithprincipaloots andwereidentified askeycontributors to the volatileoil of Lithocarpus pachylepis.

厚鳞柯（Lithocarpuspachylepis）属壳斗科柯属，又名益肾子、掉藤果、补肾果、壮阳果、风流果和捻碇果等，主要分布在中国广东中部（清远市佛冈县）广西西部（百色市那坡县）云南东南部（金平苗族瑶族傣族自治县、屏边苗族自治县）海南等地，花期一般在每年4—6月，果实在10—12月成熟[1]。（剩余9423字）
