Abstract：IdroexpletefreuiproessngtecholgnditsfeasibilityofBletilltrata（Tun.）Rec.f.，estudy wasconductedonwhether topeel，thesequenceofteamingandcuting，andthedrying methods.Atthesametime，thedificultyof cuting，thedryingrateofslicesandappearanceoftheproductwereusedasexteralqualityevaluationindexes，andthecotentof militarineandpolysaccharideswasusedasteinteralqualityevaluationindex，withtheaimofselectingtheoptimalfrescuing process.Inaddition，theinvitrontioxidcapacityofPH，hydroxyradicalandABTSandtheemostaticefectoffreshcutetil striataandtraditoalcutBletillstriatawerestudiedtoevaluatetefeasibilityoftefresutproce.TheresutsshodthapeelingwasuneessarywhenpreparingBletillstriataslices.Theoptimalprocessinvolvedsteamingfreshtubersuntilnowhitecoreemained，then slicing and drying at 50qC . The resulting slices exhibited overall superior antioxidant activity and hemostatic efficacy compared withtraditionallprocessedslices，longwithbeterquality，igherdryingyield，andreducedtimeandcost.Thismethod was recommended for application.
