Abstract:IdroexpletefreuiproessngtecholgnditsfeasibilityofBletilltrata(Tun.)Rec.f.,estudy wasconductedonwhether topeel,thesequenceofteamingandcuting,andthedrying methods.Atthesametime,thedificultyof cuting,thedryingrateofslicesandappearanceoftheproductwereusedasexteralqualityevaluationindexes,andthecotentof militarineandpolysaccharideswasusedasteinteralqualityevaluationindex,withtheaimofselectingtheoptimalfrescuing process.Inaddition,theinvitrontioxidcapacityofPH,hydroxyradicalandABTSandtheemostaticefectoffreshcutetil striataandtraditoalcutBletillstriatawerestudiedtoevaluatetefeasibilityoftefresutproce.TheresutsshodthapeelingwasuneessarywhenpreparingBletillstriataslices.Theoptimalprocessinvolvedsteamingfreshtubersuntilnowhitecoreemained,then slicing and drying at 50qC . The resulting slices exhibited overall superior antioxidant activity and hemostatic efficacy compared withtraditionallprocessedslices,longwithbeterquality,igherdryingyield,andreducedtimeandcost.Thismethod was recommended for application.
