Effects of soil microorganisms domesticated by different plants on wheat growth

Abstract:Inordertoexploretheefectsofsoilmicroorgansmsdomesticatedbydiferentplantsonwheat(TriticumestiumL.) growth,acontroledexperiment wasconductedusingthecultivarJimai22asthetargetcrop.Seventreatmentswereestablished,includingnon-inoculatedmicroranismsontrol(K1),inoculationithhat-domesticatedsoilmcrorgansms(CK),oulation withChinesecabbag(Brasicaapa)-domesticatedsoilrorganms,inoculationithgnfotail(Stariaiids)dosticat edsoil microorganisms(T2),inoculationwithalfalfa(Medicagosatia)-domesticatedsoilmcrorganisms(T3),inoculatinwith abandonedfarmlandsoilmicrorganisms(T4)andinoculation withwoolandsoilmicroorganisms(T5).Theresultsshowedthatall treatmentssignificantlyafectedheatabovegroundandbelowgroundbiomass,withTshowingthehighestbomassaccumulationignificant diferences were observed in plant height,leaf area,specific leaf area(SLA),and root- shoot ratio among treatments.Transpirationandphotosytheticatesvaridsignificantlyacrosstreatments.Photosynteticateshowedasignfcantlypositivecelation with plant height ( r=0.74 , P <0.001)and a significantly negative correlation with SLA( r=-0.49 , P =0.030).In summary,soil microorganismsdomesticatedbydiferentplantsafectedwheatgrowthsignificantly,andthismightbemediatedbychangesinwheateergy allcationstrategyandphysiologicalstatus.Theresearchindicatedthismethodwasfeasibleandhadcertainpotentialinreglating wheat growth.
