Effect of 28-homobrassinolide on procymidone residue levels in Allium tuberosum

Abstract:Toinvestigatethefectof28-homobrassinolideonprocymidoneresiduelevelsinAliumtuberosum,seventreatmentswere establishedusing2-omobrassinolideasthetestagent,withacontrolgoupspradwithprocydonebutnot28-ombrassinolide. Samples were pretreated using theQuEChERS technique,and procymidoneresidue levels inAlium tuberosum were determined by GC-MS.Results showedthatprocymidoneresiduelevelsinAllum tuberosumat1daypost-treatment were higherinthe28-homobrassinolide-treated groups than in the control.Under high-dose conditions(O.2O and 0.10mg/L ),procymidone residue levels at1 daypost-treatmentexceededtheothertreatments,regardlessofwhether28-homobrasinolidewasappliedoncebefore treamentor twice(pre and post-treatment),indicating that high-dose28-homobrassinolide temporarily enhanced procymidone absorption.At2 days post-treatment,alltreatments exhibitedrapidreductions inprocymidoneresiduelevels,butresiduesremainedhigherthanthe control in groups treated with O.20 mg/L 28-homobrassinolide(once or twice)and 0.10mg/L 28-homobrassinolide(twice).From 3 dayspost-treatmentoard,procyidonesiduelevelsin8-omobrasinolidtreatdAlimtberosumdeclindapidlywithfast erdegradationobservedinthedouble-applicationgroupscompared tosingle-application groups.Under naturalconditions,procyidone residue levels in Alium tuberosum gradually decreased post-treatment,with a degradation curve equation of y =8.934 4e -0.19/t , correlation coefficient (r)=0.9854 ,and ahalf-life( T1/2 )of 3.52 days.All 28-homobrassinolide-treated groups exhibited shorter procymidonedegradationalf-livestanthecontrol,demonstratingtat2homobrassiolidefectivelyeleratedprocymidoederadation in Allium tuberosum.
