Inhibitory effects of thymol on postharvest rot fungi in kiwifruit and influence of meteorological factorson itspreservation effect

Abstract：Teefetsoftyol，anaturalplantextract，ontegowthoftemanpostharvestotfungiiniwifritwereiveated， andthemoldotrateofkiwifruitaftertyoltreatentandtheifuenceofmeteorologicalfactorsoitspresevatioeflecterdiscussed. The results showed that 120mg/L of thymol could inhibit the growth of the pathogens and the production of patulin for a certainperiod，anddidnotafecthequalityofkiwifruit.Underroomtemperatureconditions，treatmentwithOOmg/Lthmolcouldsig nificantlyreducetheotatioofiwifruitTemperatureandumiditywereimportantfctorsafectingthepreservationeetofhyol. Thisstudyprovidedastrategyforthepreventionandcontrolofpostharvestdiseasesofkiwifruitbasedonthmol，ndprovidedtechical support for the application and promotionof thymol in postharvest preservation offruits and vegetables.
