Abstract:Teefetsoftyol,anaturalplantextract,ontegowthoftemanpostharvestotfungiiniwifritwereiveated, andthemoldotrateofkiwifruitaftertyoltreatentandtheifuenceofmeteorologicalfactorsoitspresevatioeflecterdiscussed. The results showed that 120mg/L of thymol could inhibit the growth of the pathogens and the production of patulin for a certainperiod,anddidnotafecthequalityofkiwifruit.Underroomtemperatureconditions,treatmentwithOOmg/Lthmolcouldsig nificantlyreducetheotatioofiwifruitTemperatureandumiditywereimportantfctorsafectingthepreservationeetofhyol. Thisstudyprovidedastrategyforthepreventionandcontrolofpostharvestdiseasesofkiwifruitbasedonthmol,ndprovidedtechical support for the application and promotionof thymol in postharvest preservation offruits and vegetables.

弼猴桃又名奇异果(Kiwifruit),属弼猴桃科(Ac-tinidia)弼猴桃属(Actinidia),是原产于中国的多年生藤本植物,主要包括美味弼猴桃(Actinidiadelicio-sa )和中华弼猴桃(Actinidiachinensis)[]。(剩余10972字)
