Identification and antimicrobial resistance of soil bacteria at the oil outlet of Karamay City

Abstract:InOctoberO3,soilsamples werecolectedfromtheKaramayoilfieldexportsite.Cultivation,isolationandpurification, Gramstaining,16SrRNAsequenceanalysisandbiochemicalidentfication,anddrugsensitivitytestswerepeformedforthebacteria inthesesoilsamples.Thedugsofthedugsensitivityestsinvolvederythromyin,reptomcin,chramphenicol,carbenicilinef triaxone,tetracycline,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazoleandlincomycin.Theresultsshowedthatatotalof 30bacterialstrainswereisolatedfromthesoilsamples,whichcouldbedividedintofivecategories.Onerepresentativestrainfrom eachcategoryasselectedfordentification.TeidenticationrsultsshowdtatthefivebacteareBacilusproteolyticus,Bci lusswezey,cillstroius,cillsgosusdcilusecorissefivacteelogedtecillsus,lg tantrolesnthesolosystem.Theycouldpromoteplantgrowthmprovesoilferilityhibitpathogens,ecomposeorganicae andparticipateintrogeandphosphorusccles.Teyalsoexhibitedpotentialapplicationvalueinoildegradation.Theesultsofthe drugsensitivitytests indicatedthatthefivebacterialstrainsexhibitedawiderangeofresistancetotheaforementioned drugs.
