The Loyalty Spirit in Li Sao and Its Inheritance

Abstract:LiSao,asarepresentativeworkofQuYuan,isabrillantgeminChineseliteraryhistoryandthecorecarrerof Chu Ci culture.Thethemeofloyaltyrunsthroughoutthepoem,manifesting notonlyasdevotiontotherulerbutalsoasQuYuan'sunwavering pursuitofanidealprsonality.Thisloyaltyspirithasundergonecontinuousevolutionthroughouthistory,transformingfrompo liticalloyaltyintheHanDynastytoindividualfaithintheWeiandJinperids,thentoamoralizedinterpreationitheTangnd SongDynasties,andultimatelybecomingasymbolofnationalintegrityintheMingandQingperiods.Meanwhile,theloyaltyspirit stillholdsprofoundsigianceinonempoarysoietyplayingcucialoleinacademicseach,ulturalidentityndpsoal development,hilelsoingiitedroghducatio,ulualseiationndocialpactics.Byayingteloltysit embodiedinLiSao,tisppeexploesitsistoicalevoluonanditsodedaelevnceandtransmisionmingtofurpro mote the inheritance and development of outstanding traditional Chinese culture.
