Abstract:Inthecurentera,howtoultivatewel-roundedindividualsinhighervocationalcollegeshasbecomeasignificantissue nthefieldofeducation.Theinheritanceoftraditional Chinesecultureisnotonlyanefectivewaytoenhancethequalityof highervocationaleducationbutalsoanintrinsicrequirementtomeetthedemandforhigh-qualitytalentinthenewera.Anin-depth studyofteintegrationofBuluotuoZhuangethnicfolkcultureand HuangYanpei'svocationalethicseducationphilosophyprovides newinsightsfortalentcultivationinhighervocationalcollges.BythoroughlyunderstandingtheessenceofBuluotuoZhuangethnic folkculture—includingBuluotuomythologyandscripturesandexploringitsintrinsicconnectionswithHuangYanpeisvocational ethicsprinciplessuchas"tesanctityoflabor","persoalitydevelopment","priortizingresponsbityoverprofit","atriotism"and "dedicationandteamwrk",wecanaeleratethonstructioofaigqualityalentctivationsysteinighervocatioallgs that meets the requirements of the new era through the integration of educational resources.
