Abstract：Educational tangibleculturalheritageservesasavisiblereflectionof thedevelopmentalmemoryofChineseeducation. Asahistoriclturaciuouposssscuatioaltagbleiagethtindiesitslongtaningatial evolution.Thispaperexamines Suzhou’ssurvivingancienteducationaltangibleheritage，firstcategoringandintroducingitsoffial educationalheritage（prefectural/countyshols，cademies）andprivateducationaleritage（charitysholscademies）.Itsurizestheircharactersticsandexplores theircuturalvalue.Subsequently，thestudyanalyescurentpreservationchallengsandpro posestargetedsrategiesforrotection，inovativedevelopment，andineritanetodstoevitalizeuzou'sducaoalagible cultural heritage.
