Study on the Cultivation of Intercultural Comprehension Ability in Senior High School English from the Perspective of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture

Abstract:Inthecontextoflobalization,highshoolEnglishteachingshouldfocusoncultivatingcrossulturalunderstanding However,theexistingteachingsystemlaystoomuchemphasisonWesterncultureandignoresexcelentraditionalChineseculture, resultinginthelackofculturalsubjectivityanddeepunderstandingofstudentsincross-culturalcommunicationBasedonthis,this study discusses the value and application of excellent traditional Chinese culture in the cultivation of cross Θ-Π cultural understanding abilityfromtheprspetieofexcellnt raditionalChineseculture.Tispaperanalyzsterelationshipetweenculureandlagage learninganalsthlementsofossuluraludesandngbiltndexpoudsteiqueleofelntrdiioaCe cultureincrossculturalcommunication.Ontisbasis,theaperexamines theshortcomingsofcurrnthighsholEnglishteaching, andproposesstrategiessuchasoptimizingthecampus culuralenvironment,caringoutculuralexperienceactivitis,andiovating clasroomteachingdesign,soastobuildacrossulturalunderstandingsystemwithlocalculturalrotsandglobalvisioneance students'culturalconfidenceandcross-culturalcommunicationabilityandthuspromotethedeepreformofhighshoolEnglish teaching.
