Abstract：RegionalcultureisanimportantembodimentofthediversityofChineseculture，anditisalsotherealisticpresetation of ChinesecivilizationinaspecificregionBuildingthemoderncivilizationoftheCinesenationisanewculturalmisionintheew eraanditiscesaryfoalloalitoctivelyexploreandpacticbasdoregioalluraladvantags.Sinceteltur al InheritanceandDevelopmentSymposiumasheld，thediscusionatthethoreticallevelhasforedawarmatmosphereofcontention，andtheexplorationattepracticallevelhasnotyetlackedexperienceandcasesthatcanbusedforreferene.LisuiCity hasdistinctiveregional traditionalculturalresourcs，aswellasrichredculture，ecologicalcultureandotherresources，whichcan givefullplaytotheadvantagesofregionalcultureandexplorethefeasiblepathofbuildingthemodercivilizationoftheChinesenationfromthepracticallevelTherefore，acasestudybasedonLishuiregionalculturetohelptheconstructionofmoderncivilizationof theChinese nationwascariedout，adtheempiricalresearchontheconstructionofcultureempoweringcivilizationwascompleted.
