Exploration of the Optimization Path of Integrating Red Culture into AfterSchool Extended Service

—Taking Primary and Secondary Schools in Nanjing as Examples

Abstract:Againstthebackdropofthe"DoubleReduction"policy,the GeneralOficeof theNanjing MunicipalPeople'sGovemmentissuedNoticeontheImplementation OpinionsofComprehensivelyandThoroughlyDingaGoodJobintheAfter-schoolExtendedServiceforPrimaryandSecondryShoolsInordertopromotetheighqualityeficientandsustainabledevelopmetofafter-schoolextendedserviceandfacliatetheinheritanceandpromotionofteredgene,takingNanjingasanexample,troughmeas suchasdistributingquestionairesandconducting interviewsamongstudents,parentsandeducationworkersinprimaryandscondaryscholsinNanjingthispaperconductsaninvestigationtounderstandtemanypracticaldilemmasfacedintheprocesof integratingredcultureintotheafter-scholextendedserviceforprimaryandsecondaryschols.Amongthem,themaindilemmasincludetheurgenyofsudytieandinsuicientatention,themontonyofcontentandforwithackofiovatio,therparticipationof multiplesubjects,andtherelativelyscarceserviceresoures.Toovercomethesedilemmas,wecanstrictlycontrolthe amountanddurationofhomework,providediversifiedactivityoptions,establishanincentiveevaluationmechanismandintroduce cooperatinwithetrauralsoues(xtealsoues),sostomproveteualityndfcencofferscholetenddice. Integratingredcultureintotheafter-schoolextendedserviceforprimaryandsecondaryschoolsisanimportantwaytodpenstudentsunderstandingofChinasrevolutionaryhistoryandalsoanimportantmeasuretocutivatestudentsmoralconceptsandsocial

responsibility.
