Abstract：Employing Hymes'SPEAKING model and Ben-Rafaels principles of linguistic landscape Construction，this studyinvestigatesthelinguisticlandscapeofhistoricalandculturalblockofYongqingFangonEningRoadinLiwanDistrict，Guangzhou throughfieldsurveys，quantiativeanalysisndqualiativeanalysis.Testudyevealscostructiveexperiencesinaspectsoflangage powerdistribution，interculturalcommunicationmechanisms，multimodalorchestrationmechanisms，andcontextualconfiguration. However，criticalhallengsesist：codesstaks，ineftielangagedepltisufntinteractionifrignouists， modal homogenzationandovermodernzationofstyle，etc.Taddressissues，weprooseeancementstrategies，omprisingcode optimizationandgulation，gatinginteractiotholds，evelopentofultiodalsrndefinemntofonealdap tation.These recommendations aim to inform language policy-making for Guangzhou's heritage conservation.
