Abstract：Intheneweraagricultural-relateduniversitiesshoulderthemisionofinheriting Chinesefarmingculturand cultivatinginovativetalentswho"knowagriculture，loveagriculture，strengthenagricultureandrevitalizeagriculture"through farmingandreadingeducation.BasedonareviewoftheoriginandpolicyevolutionofChineseagriculturalculture，thisarticle， inresponse tothesystemicchallngesofsocialconcept impactandtheconstructionandimplementationof theeducationsystem， proposescountermeasuressuchasreshapingthecontemporaryvalueoffarmingandreading culture，improving thecuriculum system，expandingpracticalplatforms，strengtheningtheteachingstaffperfectingpolicyguarantees，andstimulatingstudents‘ subjectivity，inordertopromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoffarmingandreadingeducation.Providehigh-qualtytalent support for rural revitalization and the construction of a strong agricultural country.
