Abstract:Underthestrategicsituationofachievingrapiddevelopmentofnewqualityproductviy,itisofgreatsignificance tocloselyalignwiththedevelopmentnedsofnewquaityproductvityandcarryoutsystematicexplorationandresearchothe inovationofpracticalteachingmodelsandpracticalpathsofagriculture-relatedmajorsinhighervocationalcoleges.Inresponse tothecurentproblemsofoutdatedquipment,lackofteachers,andlowintegrationofindustryandeducationinpractical teachingofagriculture-relatedmajorsinighervocationalcoleges,acolaborativereformstructureof"system-techologycapabilities" has been established to promote "ideological and political guidance + integration of industry and education" The two-wheel driving mechanism creates a "three -level progressive + digital empowerment" capacity training system. The paper researchesandbuildsaregionaldiferentiatedtalenttrainingmodelwith"unifiedfoundationandcharacteristicdevelopment"as thecore,establishalong-termmechanismfortheintegrationofidustryandeducationof"resourcesharingandisksharing", andcreatea"dual-teachertype"thatadaptstonewqualityproductivity."Theaimistodeepenthetwo-wheeldrivemechanism ofdigitalizationandinternationalization,optimizethedevelopmentpathofregionalcharacteristics,buildanevaluationsystem orientedbynewqualityproductivity,andprovide talentsupportfortheimplementationofruralrevitalizationstrategies.
