Abstract：Underthestrategicsituationofachievingrapiddevelopmentofnewqualityproductviy，itisofgreatsignificance tocloselyalignwiththedevelopmentnedsofnewquaityproductvityandcarryoutsystematicexplorationandresearchothe inovationofpracticalteachingmodelsandpracticalpathsofagriculture-relatedmajorsinhighervocationalcoleges.Inresponse tothecurentproblemsofoutdatedquipment，lackofteachers，andlowintegrationofindustryandeducationinpractical teachingofagriculture-relatedmajorsinighervocationalcoleges，acolaborativereformstructureof"system-techologycapabilities" has been established to promote "ideological and political guidance + integration of industry and education" The two-wheel driving mechanism creates a "three -level progressive + digital empowerment" capacity training system. The paper researchesandbuildsaregionaldiferentiatedtalenttrainingmodelwith"unifiedfoundationandcharacteristicdevelopment"as thecore，establishalong-termmechanismfortheintegrationofidustryandeducationof"resourcesharingandisksharing"， andcreatea"dual-teachertype"thatadaptstonewqualityproductivity."Theaimistodeepenthetwo-wheeldrivemechanism ofdigitalizationandinternationalization，optimizethedevelopmentpathofregionalcharacteristics，buildanevaluationsystem orientedbynewqualityproductivity，andprovide talentsupportfortheimplementationofruralrevitalizationstrategies.
