Abstract：Inresponsetothedemandforandchalengesposedbyhigh-calibertalentsamidtherapiddevelopmentof China'sruraltourismlivestreamingindustry，itisimperativetoclarifythecoreliteracysystemforruraltourismlivestreaming talents.BasedonstudiesofChineseandforeignliterature，enterpriseinterviews，andquestionnairesurveys，thispaperfindsthat thecurentruraltourismindustryisinurgentneedoftalentsinsuchrolesaslivestreaminghosts，livestreamplanningand operationpersonnel，livestreamingproductdevelopmentandcustomerservicestaffandvideoshotingandeditingprofessionals. Integrityandpragmatisminprofessonaleticsconstitutethebottominehatruraltourismlivestreamingpractitionrsmustadhere to；richknowledgeofruraltourismisthesourceofcontentoutputinlivestreams；excelentlivestreamingoperationand managementcapabilitiesarekeytothesmoohoperationoflivestreams;andtheabiltytousenewmediaisanesentialsil forpractitioners.Theconstructionofthiscoreliteracysystemprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalguidanceforthe cultivatioofruraltourismlivestreamingtalents，teself-iprovementofuraltourismlivestreamingpractioners，andthetraining and selection of employees in livestreaming enterprises.
