Abstract：ThestudytakesthesurveyandpracticeofHundred-Thousand-MyriadProjectofyoungcollgestudentsfrom engineering projects in Guangdong as a case study，and adopts the "PPP + EOD" integrated innovation model to explore the path to realizetheecologicalproductvalueofLuobaTown'scharacteristicbambooindustry.Thismodelprovidesmechanismsforfund raising，projectimplementationandmulti-partycolaborationthroughpublic-privatepartnerships，focusingonanecologicaly orienteddevelopmentpathtoensurethesustainabilityofecologicalproductsandmaximizeeconomicbenefits.Onthewhole，by improvingpolicysupport，optimizingmanagementmechanisms，andestablishingefectivestakeholdercoordinationanddistribution mechanisms，LuobaTowncanachievesustainabledevelopmentofthevalueofecologicalproductsinthebambooindustryunder the "PPP +. EOD"modelandpromote long-termdevelopmentof greeneconomy，soastohelpruralrevitalizationenterthefast lane.
