科学家精神融入农业创新人才培育的路径探析

——以河北省马家庄科技小院为例

Abstract：Thespiritofscientistsinjectsspiritualpowerintothecultivationofagriculturalinnovativetalentswithitsprofound connotationsofpatriotism，iovation，truthseking，dedication，colaborationandeducation.Asanewmodeloftalenttraining， theScienceandTechnologyColegeisanimportantplatformintegratingscientificandtechnologicalimnovationsocialservices， andtalenttraining.TheMajiazhuang ScienceandTechnology Colegeisguidedbypatriotismanddedication，anddeeply cultivatesstudents‘feelingsof"agriculture，ruralareasandfarmers"intheconstructionofruralareas.，takingthespiritof inovationandtruthseekingasthescientificresearchcriterion，enhancingstudentsscientificresearchwisdomwhiletakingroot atthegrasrotslevelusingthespiritofcollborationandeducatingpeoleasactionguidelines，andenhancingstudentsability tostrengthenfarmerswhileservingruralrevitalization.Integratingthespiritofscientistsintothecultivationofagricultural inovativetalentsshouldplaythemainroleofideologicalandpoliticalcourses.Ideologicalandpoliticalcoursesshouldbe deeplyintegratedwithprofesionaleducation，buildascienificresearchpracticeplatform，leadcollegestudentstopractice scientificresearchidealsandbeliefs，createacampusscientificresearchculturalenvironment，andcarroutscientificspirit educationactivities，soastocultivateinnovativeappliedagricultural scienceand technology talentsforthemotherland.
