Abstract：Againstthebackdropoftheconstructionofnewagriculturalscience，inviewofthecurrntproblemof talent traininginlocalagriculture-relateduniversitiesbeingderailedfromthetalentdemandofthesubtropicalagriculturalindustry chain，takingthefacilityagricultureandsciencemajorofBaiseUniversityasanexample，thenationalinnovationsystemtheory isadoptedtoexplorehowtointegrateindustryandeducationtorealizethereformofthenewmodelforcultivatingagriulturerelatedtalentsandinnovatetheindustry-universityesearchcooperationmodel.Theresultsshowthatthroughthestablishmentof schol-enterprisecooperation，teestablishmentofasubtropicalspecialtyagriculturalindustrycollge，thecreationofocampus andof-campuspracticaltrainingbases，andtheculivationofprofessonalteachertalentteamstoexploreandpracticeanew modelofcultivatingmodernsubtropicalspeciatyagriculturaltalents.Studentsmajoringinfacityagriculturalscienceand engineringinO21wontheiermedalinGuangxiintheChinaInternationalCollegeStudentInnovationCompetitioniniialy forming a subtropical specialty agricultural talent training mechanism to serve Guangxi's mango industry.
