Abstract:Underthetideofmodernization,youngpeoplearedrftingfurtherawayfromagriculturalproduction.Agricultureis thefoundationofthecountry;tsstabityleadstothecountrysprosperity.Itisanessentialquestionforeducationtomake collegestudentsunderstand,loveandthinkaboutagriculture,andusewhattheyhavelearnedtogivebacktoagriculture.Taking theIdentfcationofMajorCropsagriculturaltrainingcourseatSouth ChinaAgriculturalUniversityasanexample,thisarticle deeplysummarizesthepracticalexperienceofthecourseintermsofitsbackground,contentdesign,teachingmethods,and teachingefectiveness,andputforwardrelevantsuggestionssuchasimprovingtheenvironmentofagriculturaltrainingsites; findingcommonalitiesandcomplementaritybetweendisciplines,improvingandexpandingteachingcontent;organicallycombining theoreticalteaching,practicalactivities,andafterscholinternships;andoferingelectivecoursesoncropidentificationand generaleducationinruralareas,withtheaimofprovidingreferencesandinspirationsforotherhighereducationinstitutions.
