Abstract:Cultivatingoutstandingtalentforruralrevitalizationthatmetsthedemandsofthenewerarepresentsacritical challngeinhigherducationteachingreform.Asaninnovativepedagogicalapproach,oralstorytelingholdsuniquevaluein strengtheningideologicaladpliticaleducationenhancingknowledgetransfer,andinnovatingteachingmethodologies,hereby contriutingtoimprovingthequalityoftalentdevelopmentforruralrevitalization.Drawingontheeducationalpracticesofthe InstituteforRuralRevitalizationResearchofGuangzhouUniversity,thispaperexplorespathwaysfororalstorytelingtoprecisely empowerthecultivationofoutstandingruralrevitalizationtalents.Thisisachievedthroughathree-prongedstrategy:establishing specializedoralstorytelingteachingspaces,implementingproject-drivenpracticeinitiatives,ndhancingpedagogicalfficacy throughcolabrativeteamseminars.Thestudyprovidesinsightsforhighereducationinstitutionsseekingtoadvancetalent cultivation reform.
