Abstract：Cultivatingoutstandingtalentforruralrevitalizationthatmetsthedemandsofthenewerarepresentsacritical challngeinhigherducationteachingreform.Asaninnovativepedagogicalapproach，oralstorytelingholdsuniquevaluein strengtheningideologicaladpliticaleducationenhancingknowledgetransfer，andinnovatingteachingmethodologies，hereby contriutingtoimprovingthequalityoftalentdevelopmentforruralrevitalization.Drawingontheeducationalpracticesofthe InstituteforRuralRevitalizationResearchofGuangzhouUniversity，thispaperexplorespathwaysfororalstorytelingtoprecisely empowerthecultivationofoutstandingruralrevitalizationtalents.Thisisachievedthroughathree-prongedstrategy：establishing specializedoralstorytelingteachingspaces，implementingproject-drivenpracticeinitiatives，ndhancingpedagogicalfficacy throughcolabrativeteamseminars.Thestudyprovidesinsightsforhighereducationinstitutionsseekingtoadvancetalent cultivation reform.
