Abstract：Ruralstudytourismhasgreatpotentialinrevitalizingruralculture，revitalizingidleruralresources，andpromoting thecoordinateddevelopmentofrelatedindustries，andcanprovidemomentumforthecomprehensiverevitlizationofruralareas. Inrecentyears，thisbusinessformathasshowna"blowout"expansiontrendinChina，butithasalsobeenaccompaniedby problemsofinsufficientproductsuply，unbalancedalocationofproductionfactorsandinsuffcientdepthofcordinated developmntofmultipleinterestenties，whichhaverestricteditshigh-qualitydevelopment.Newqualityproductiveforesisthe inherent requirementandfocusof high-qualitydevelopmentRural studytourismshouldbebasedonpractical problemsandstart from"cultivatingcompoundinovativetalents，technologyempoweringtheentireindustrialchain，andiovatingthecoodiated developmentmodelofmulti-stakeholderentities"acordingtolocalconditions，soastobuilda"Three-in-One"high-quality development path.
